  • WELCOME to our PARENT WAITING AREA

    When you are picking up your child, we have a WAITING AREA for parents.  Please wait for your children in the WEST WING near the main entrance, especially when you arrive for afternoon pick up. 

    School ends for the day at 3:20p.m. 

    The parent waiting area has an information shelf as well as tables and chairs for your use.

     

  • The NEW pick up and drop off lane is ready!

    The new drive through lane is for parents.  It is the designated area to park when dropping off and picking up children or for short stays at the school.  The lane is located at the main entrance to the west of the main doors. 

    The lane is ONE WAY - enter from 52 Avenue in front of the school and exit into the alley.  The new lane connects directly to the front door with sidewalks.  There is a paved parking lot to the west of the school for parents who are here to volunteer or for longer stays.  This parking lot connects to the front doors with sidewalks.

Duclos School Mission Statement:

Duclos School is a Kindergarten to Grade 4 school located in the Town of Bonnyville. Duclos School offers preschool and before and after school care.  Duclos School has an enrolment of approximately 400 students, 22 professional staff and 15 support staff. The Duclos Mission states: "Students are at the center of all that we do in education." It is our main focus to promote their uniqueness and well-being. Everyone has the right to experience a warm, friendly, safe, comfortable and positive environment for learning; learning must be relevant, focusing on the development of the social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and creative well being of the student.
